5. Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally? We currently ship only to the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping, contact us for custom quotes.
6. What is your return policy? 30-day returns for unused headphones in original packaging and condition (no wear, odors, or damage). Customer pays return shipping unless defective/damaged. Full refund after inspection. Exchanges for different models/sizes welcome (you cover return, we cover outbound).
